We retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may maintain some or all of this data in archive format even after it has been removed from the service.
6. Where your information is stored?
Our servers are located in the United States or such locations requested by customers. In using the service, data may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, and the UK can exercise certain data subject rights available to them under applicable data protection laws. Where such rights apply, we will comply with requests to exercise these rights in accordance with applicable law. Residents of California should consult the California Privacy Rights, below.

a. Personal Data
For personal data that we have about you, you can:
Change or Correct Data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change, update or fix your data in certain cases if it is inaccurate.
Object to, or Limit or Restrict, Use of Data: You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data (for example, if we do not have the legal right to keep using it) or to limit our use of it (for example, if your personal data is inaccurate or unlawfully held).
Right to Access and/or Take Your Data: You can ask us for a copy of your personal data and can ask for a copy of personal data you provided in machine-readable form.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information (as that term is defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)) from children under 13. In the event we discover personal information relating to an individual under 13, we will delete the personal information to the extent required by COPPA. We do not knowingly process data of EU residents under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible

a. Applicability
This section applies only to California residents. For purposes of this section "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). It describes how we collect, use, and share California consumers' Personal Information in our role as a business, and the rights applicable to such residents

For more details about the personal information we have collected over the last 12 months, including the categories of sources, please see the What information do we collect section above. We collect this information for the business and commercial purposes described in the How do we use your information section above. We do not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect (and will not sell it without providing a right to opt-out).
c. Your California Rights
Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt-out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to Exercise your California Rights
California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at info@akorda.com. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including your email address. Government identification may be required. Consumers can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.
